The corporation helped me send all information to the American Massage Council. The State of Ohio (Hand and Stone Centerville) does not recognize the American Massage Council Insurance protocol as the State of Indiana. I have moved to the State of Ohio with the Medical Massage Board license. Please send me a paper copy of the Insurance Paid certificate as I received in the State of Indiana.
