This was my first home purchase and at times overwhelming. On top of that navigating the VA loan is tricky. Dale listened intently, asked great questions and immediately put me at ease. He walked me through every step and called me when documents were time sensitive. When I disappeared for a few days he stayed proactive until I was reached.
