Honestly one of the hardest loan experiences I have ever had . As in text messages or even an email the intention, words , meaning etc can be taken wrong or not understandable. Lack of communication. Does not keep you informed and very slow.

By far the awsomest realtor and lady I've ever had the opportunity to work with. She took our situation with all of it's issues and made it work for, and stayed directly with us all the way to the finish line. We're now in our "Dream Home" thanks specifically to Wendi!

Did not give us updates in a timely manner
I've had the worst experience I've ever encountered while working with Janice. I have bought several homes and she made the entire process 10x more stressful than I've ever experienced before. There were numerous times I seriously considered pulling out of it because of her. I had to make calls to her manager, who was able to help me a bit, but she was horrible. No on that has heard my story does not agree. As for my realtor and the bankers she knows, they will not be going with this company or referring them. I am n... read more
