Poor communication and countless delays! It was ridiculous! Getting answers to our questions that we could understand was next to impossible, which only compounded our stress. After three months of jumping through hoops numerous times, we closed. Not a positive experience at all, unfortunately.
Everything started out great at first. Janice was knowledgeable and knew what she was doing until closing came. Then things went to hell in a hand basket. We were supposed to close up on the 30th of December, that day came and went. It took another 3 weeks before we finally closed, things did not go smoothly. I do not know if it was lack of communication with her backend team or what. It came to the point where I mentally could no longer talk to a Janice because she irritated and upset me.
