Wendi is just plain amazing. She took us through the entire loan process, and we never felt uncertain or worried about how things were progressing. Janice was very helpful with our loan process! She was available for tons of questions and estimating what we could afford over the weekend where we put in an offer. And the load worked out on time and as she estimated in the end.

I am very happy that the process is complete! Janice was not great at explaining the process or answering my questions when they arose, she seemed to have very canned replies when a truthful, simple explanation was all that was needed. Thankfully my realtor was amazing and helped to bridge the gap! The app I had to download was not ever updated so that was not great but the sale was complete and that's all that truly matters! Thank you for helping make it happen!

This is a disappointing review considering the time , effort & focus I spent on Melissa's purchase & feeling I answered questions timely with explanation. I explained early on to she & her agent the process with a chattel loan purchase is slower & can be hard to understand. Also noting the program we used was the option out of several. We appreciate that her realtor took an active part & I appreciate doing business with both of them.
