Worked with Wendi for almost year to buy my family’s first home using the first time buyers program. She was determined to help us reach our goals no matter how scary the process got for me. I cannot say enough good things about Wendi Klien. I was recently looking for financing on a manufactured home. My bank referred me to Wendi for this type of loan. Wendi was an absolute gem for my buyers. She was always willing to crunch the numbers to reflect changes in purchase price, interest rates, and seller concessions from purchase offer preparation, submission, all the way through various stages of negotiations.
