Wendi was an absolute gem for my buyers. She was always willing to crunch the numbers to reflect changes in purchase price, interest rates, and seller concessions from purchase offer preparation, submission, all the way through various stages of negotiations. In the process, I also found her be an absolute professional by assisting the buyers with sensitive issues pertaining to their loan. I would love to work with her again in the future.
