I have used Victoria for my mortgage agent for two home purchases, and will forever recommend her! She is SO prompt and professional, but also cares to get to know you and find what works best for your unique financial situation. She makes the process so easy that I'm constantly asking "is that it?!" because it feels like such a smooth process, as the home purchasing (and selling) is not always smooth. Trust me, you want Victoria on your side!
Not recommended if you’re buying a manufactured home in a park. I applied for an application with them, and got approved for their loan. They then took my application information and applied for a mortgage through a different loan company. Now they are charging me 3% of the purchase price for something I could have done myself.
Victoria Rodriguez of American Pacific Mortgage was a pleasure to work with. She was extremely FAST in getting our loan approved, and her communication was constant (a great thing when dealing with obtaining a mortgage on a home), and she was also professional. She was detailed and thorough in her explanations, and honestly, I was shocked at how quickly she got the paperwork done for us!
Dean Merica is an awesome guy to work with. As first-time home buyers the process can seem overwhelming but Dean made it feel so simple. He provided clear steps and instructions, and is overall just a really easy guy to communicate with. Definitely recommend working with him.
Started out great until communication broke down. I was led to believe closing costs would be one price but it was $1800 higher on signing day. We are on a tight budget and had to scramble for the funds. My earnest money was rejected because my Pastor walked it in for us. So I had to come up with another 1000 at closing.
