This is our second loan on a home working with Victoria Rodriguez at American Pacific Mortgage out of Lewiston, ID. Once again, I'm super impressed. This was a much more difficult loan and required some special timing. I have used Victoria for my mortgage agent for two home purchases, and will forever recommend her! She is SO prompt and professional, but also cares to get to know you and find what works best for your unique financial situation. She makes the process so easy that I'm constantly asking "is that it?!" because it feels like such a smooth process, as the home purchasing (and selling) is not always smooth. Trust me, you want Victoria on your side!

Dean Merica is an awesome guy to work with. As first-time home buyers the process can seem overwhelming but Dean made it feel so simple. He provided clear steps and instructions, and is overall just a really easy guy to communicate with. Definitely recommend working with him.
