Easy to order, friendly employees who set up garage and they were Accommodating to get the project done even in the cold and dark.
We had an 18x35x12 building erected in October 2025. It looks great.Very pleased with the 3 man crew. They worked from sunup to sundown and completed the job in 2 days. Everything is square and they used laser to insure all was level. Pleased with the quality of materials and had no shortages in supplies. My County was a pain to work with but the office people at American Carports seemed patient as I processed through the county requirements.
My experience with American Steel Carports was very good. The website design tool was easy and flexible to use, and the people there were very helpful. Their installation team was awesome and I have a strong and beautiful barn. I would definitely use A.S.C. again.The bad news, of no fault of A.S.C.'s, was it took a 6 month nightmare to get all of my local permits approved to allow for the barn to be installed.
Very good Experience with American Steel Carports located in ***************. From sales to construction, all went as was expected. We will use them again if the need arises.
Im a retired contractor and have built many steel buildings, aircraft hangers, shops etc. I erected my building myself with no real problems. Quality was good and engineering was what I hoped for. Only problem was the sheeting was heavily scratched from improper handling, probably during the delivery. I could not have sold this to a customer but for my use it was ok. Amazingly easy. 14 x 28 x 12 boat carport arrived with crew as scheduled. Crew was exceptional. Install complete within 4 hours. Solidly built, professional installation, great looking. Excellent communications with ************. office.
Main product (framework, sheet metal siding & roofing, trim pieces) are excellent quality. Accessories (walk-in door, window) are average; roll-up door - good; "so-called" skylight was totally unacceptable. There have been a couple setbacks and miscommunication between buyer, sales broker, and corporate staff.
