A great experience with American Steel Carports from start to finish. The install crew showed up on time on the scheduled day. They were friendly and worked exceptionally together as a team. Completed our 20 X 20 steel building in less than a day and cleaned up when they were finished. The attention to detail is excellent, from the pre welded pieces to the on sight ********************* to all screws being in a straight ,level line , everything is of high quality. Any contact with customer service has been great.
Great product, administration and installation. Good communication with the broker, the office personnel and the installers when directing them to my place. Four polite Mexicans pulled up in their truck, and after a quick meeting, had the structure up in an hour! Dealt nicely with some slightly unlevel ground, too. I was very impressed. Have passed the contact info for this company to friends. The carport I got was about one thousand dollars less than any others that I could find. I had a great experience with this purchase.
Quality of materials is excellent. ************** fast, efficient and good to work with.Down side is long wait for materials and erection to be delivered.Customer service person in Ill. was polite and respectful, Just long wait for delivery.Took several weeks for them to cash my check and send through my banking. Took a while for them to run down my account after calling them.All in all, the material is good, work is good, Just a rather long process.
My sales contact was patient and thorough. The construction team(s) went above and beyond. Made 2 trips due to my faulty measurements with no financial penalty. I have already recommended them to a neighbor.
I would highly recommend this company to construct a steel building. The crew was very professional, and we needed to make an adjustment to ***************, but it was handled with ease. They arrived before their scheduled time, and were finished by the end of day. No mess to clean up, and vary happy with my new garage.

Overall pleased. Installers were diligent and hard working crew. I mean they went above and beyond by beginning late afternoon in the rain and worked into the evening. Impressive. The price was attractive and that was my primary reason for choosing American Steel. The end product is acceptable and my only complaint is there is some denting in the siding along the bottom edges, but that might be hard to not avoid. I would recommend using them and will consider them for future projects.

Even though the timeline for the installation was longer than quoted, The installation and quality of the carport was great. The installation crew were amazing. I would highly recommend this company.
