I guess all I can say is it's been all right. I just wait to hear from my creditors regarding settlement. But I saw in the e-mail that I got today that those letters of settlement usually don't come until after six months. So I'm just being patient and making sure that all my money is always there if you go into the account. They're there if I call them - I get answers when I have questions and I check my portal. That's usually up to date and it's been okay. I trust what's going on.
They constantly e-mail me and text me, so I think that is quite reassuring. I've had a wonderful experience and have no suggestions. I'm looking forward to getting the aid that I need for this process. They really got into my personal situation and it really felt like they were caring for the situation and what they could do.
They always answer my questions. I don't have to listen to a recording - I get a live person. It gives peace of mind. I don't have to worry about paying a bunch of bills. Saves me a lot of money.
Americor made everything easy & answered any & all questions I had!
The process was seamless. The only problem is when I requested a change to the allocation of debts I wanted to pay, I did not get a return call. It seems after the initial call the level of customer service has failed.

You guys are great. The guys were always there. It's like Johnny on the spot. You guys were definitely worth every penny.
Pay attention to what they're offering, because there are scammers out there and I've been ripped off. That's why I went with Americor. We just started. They've been very polite and professional. I look forward to see how they accomplish this.
