Easy to help when I needed them & always helpful
They explain everything well. It would work for for whoever is struggling and wants to get out of debt.
I think it's going to work out just fine for me. I haven't had much dealing with them but I've had no issues. The first gal I spoke to was very patient with me and explained everything because I've never been in a situation like this before. She did a good job explaining. And then the second gal that I talked to did a fine job too.
They treated me professionally, they explained everything to me in great detail.
I am happy with Americor. Every time when I called he answered all my questions.
Great customer service diligent to settle debts kept me informed
It's been good. Everything is getting done. I didn't really get too much communication from them. Mostly just on the app, I kept looking at my accounts and then I just kept wondering what was happening and just didn't hear much. They could at least send some communication, maybe by texting or something like - let us know, we're working on it - more personal communication. Not just the little app page they have there with the accounts and the numbers. Something a little more personal.
Definitely look into Americor. It will help you so much in the long term. It's excellent. Everyone that I've talked to has been very respectful and very helpful. Just keep up the good work and make things a little bit more clear in the beginning.
