It was completely easy. They were wonderful to work with because they helped set me up with a good plan that works for me and my budget.
Customer service exceeded my expectations
I'm a little disappointed in service. I thought I would have more contact. There is one thing I would like to find out is if I get a phone call from a creditor on my list how do I handle it?

I've only been working with them for a few months. They're prompt. They, unlike some companies, tell you they need to call you back and then they get right back to me or they answer me right on the spot. I don't just need to wait for information.

Easy to help when I needed them & always helpful
They explain everything well. It would work for for whoever is struggling and wants to get out of debt.
I think it's going to work out just fine for me. I haven't had much dealing with them but I've had no issues. The first gal I spoke to was very patient with me and explained everything because I've never been in a situation like this before. She did a good job explaining. And then the second gal that I talked to did a fine job too.
