I cancelled this early on, so I do not believe I can give a fare assessment of the services rendered, the person who I spoke with seemed to be quite knowledgeable, and seemed to know the system in's and outs, and also seemed ethical and emphatical.
I joined and almost immediately I get an email to approve a settlement they had negotiated. I could not believe how quickly they took. The only thing I have to say I wish the waiting time frame would be a lot less. It feels forever when your trying to get outta debt but the process is a bit lengthy. Other then that I think they do a great job.
I had my main agent Ron who spoke to me and listened to with a clear understanding I am a person who got herself in debt and do not want to run from it. He then let me speak to the broker who understood I have a plan and truly wanted his thoughts on what I have already completed and where I am at now. The respect I received from them and the plan of action was so very good I can’t tell you how good I will feel giving that payment every month with an end to this very depressive time I have had.
