Americor is a good company and tries to keep you informed of your progress
Thankful for the text messages the phone calls from the lawyers. Also direction and advice on how to handle phone calls and gave me rules of recieving calls from credit card callers they showed me and explained ways so im protected and shouldn't fear collector calls. Mostly gave me peace from worry about late fees and do and donts that this company will do or not so I know who is requesting payments. They're not terribly communicative and my creditors don't really seem to know anything about them. It's a good thing they settled one account.
Agent was very respectful of my choices and presented the program in a concise and timely manner.
I like because they accepted me so quickly and that they have paid on my creditors but I'm dissatisfied with the amount each of my creditors are getting. I'm a little dissatisfied with the amount that they are paying my creditors on my behalf because I'm still left with balances that are not in reach for me to pay, it's just like putting a Band-Aid on a on a sore. I wish they would communicate a lot more and try to get more from my creditors to help me out, in other words them paying my creditors I still have a fairly large ... read more
They were very helpful with any questions I had. They helped me get my credit debt to where they are paid off to increase credit score. Credit9 has taken over them. I will pay them directly and be debt free in a few years. Americor is a good company to help people clean up their debt.
