The process was quick and fairly easy. The process of how everything is done was explained and I was taken through the application process step by step. My questions were answered and I felt comfortable with the process.
They have done everything they said they would. Very professional and kind. Always answers all my questions.

I cancelled this early on, so I do not believe I can give a fare assessment of the services rendered, the person who I spoke with seemed to be quite knowledgeable, and seemed to know the system in's and outs, and also seemed ethical and emphatical.
I joined and almost immediately I get an email to approve a settlement they had negotiated. I could not believe how quickly they took. The only thing I have to say I wish the waiting time frame would be a lot less. It feels forever when your trying to get outta debt but the process is a bit lengthy. Other then that I think they do a great job.
