Was welcoming with the program. Had a lot of knowledge of how it works.
I liked that they got right to work. In less than a month I had my first settlement.
I initially signed up with Jonathan S he explained the procedure to me and I understood completely so I decided to try it. Sadly in instances when I email I received email response saying I would be contacted by a member. Although it did not happen within 24 hours as I expected, by that time I had already decided to close my account.
I truly liked the Rep,she was very helpful and kind,make me feel better about my situation.
Two months in program So far -My bank account was overdrawn $37, because your system drew a payment that was not supposed to, be due to payment change from bi monthly to monthly. -7 of my accounts now have late charges applied.
