Most everything is going well for the moment. I’ve gotten more welcome calls from the attorneys office you are having me work with, which I appreciate. However, you didn’t complete my welcome call… you’d call leave me a message, I’d call you back only to be told wait times were long and I could continue waiting or I could leave my phone number. Devin is informative, kind, professional, and has made this process feel non-judge mental, and like a huge relief.
Everyone I worked with was friendly. However in the end I'm really not sure how much money they actually saved me. I feel like everything they negotiated down they made up with all the fees. But it was nice to have someone do all that for me so I didn't have too. The prices you pay I guess.
