Inquire all of your options. Everybody at Americor has been very helpful, very kind and patient. It's been very smooth and easy going.
It's been really good so far in terms of organization and making sure that I feel comfortable with the company. If I got a call I didn't need to get, because I ended up getting a call back within 5 minutes of having a call already done, they were able to pull up on file that they'd already contacted me for the same issue and were able to resolve it.

I always got quick responses. I never had to wait 24 hours, I think it had to be the same day response. It's been excellent. No complaints, better than what I expected.
