Just started the program, it's been great for me. Great company.
Everyone has been very helpful in taking the time to explain everything in detail and answer all my questions. I feel confident things are going to work out.
All the information was provided to me and all my questions were answered by the representative. So far everything has been excellent.
Although I ultimately decided not to go forward with the debt resolution plan, every Americor staff person I interacted with (at least 4) I give each five stars for professionalism, program knowledge, empathy & kindness. Mariam especially, (who handled my intake interview) I would give 10 stars if I could. She is a splendid human being and a great credit to Americor.

I think it was great to be honest. They explained everything and their purpose and what they're trying to do to help people. I really like the lady who actually explained everything to me because she is very kind and was very understanding of the situation that I'm put in right now. She wasn't judgmental.
So far I've had one call, and it was very professional. It was very informational.
1st settlement in less than a month. Easy to work with.
They'll help you get out of debt. They worked with me well and it helped me out at the time. It's been positive and good.
