It was pleasant, smooth, and exceptionally fast. They were courteous, informative and gave me the information that I needed to proceed.

Although I ultimately decided not to go forward with the debt resolution plan, every Americor staff person I interacted with (at least 4) I give each five stars for professionalism, program knowledge, empathy & kindness. Mariam especially, (who handled my intake interview) I would give 10 stars if I could. She is a splendid human being and a great credit to Americor.
