The person that I talked to was very courteous. They explained everything to me. I understand what I'm supposed to do I understand what they're supposed to do, and I couldn't ask for anything any better. He talked very clear and he gave me choices and that was what I needed to hear. They're doing a good job.

Because I just joined the program and I'm waiting to see how things progress from here.
