A little more in person communication would be good. The gentleman we talked to explained what he was gonna do and what we were paying for.
I would have appreciated clearer explanations for how the credit card companies would be contacted and dealt with prior to my agreement. I asked as many questions as I thought needed and now am a but uncertain this was
When I signed up they assured me that the process would be smooth and some fast. Everything they told me was true. I know I would not have been able to get this done on my own this fast.
