It was much easier and less expensive to pay one bill than to have to pay several it different bills. Also, it was less stressful.

I called into to inquire about an account that was negotiated already with a payment scheduled in June. Your representative understood what I was asking that I wanted to add that one time payment to my upcoming May 1st payment. Within a few minutes it was done and now on May 1st I'll have at lease one creditor paid. Thank you for her assistance to resolve my question.
