They've been very helpful, they explained just about everything and walk me through as to how to handle the situations that might come up. It's been very good so far, the only problem I had was getting into their portal because I forgot my password and that was frustrating.
The first person I worked with was not honest about the process.
It doesn't hurt to reach out. They explained everything as fast as possible so I could understand it completely and not go into this blindly. Very helpful, they're with you every step of the way.
