Excellent, excellent, excellent customer service, very efficient, very fast. They send information, they came back from the feedback. It took us very little time to do. I was quite surprised, I actually went back and forth with a lot of other companies and still things were pending. But I do appreciate all the work that went in, it was very quick and very easy.
Since I've signed up there hasn't been much communication on the progress of my case.
Americor truly care about their clients and continuously work with their clients hand in hand to ease the stress out of our lives.
Because the long process of your credit score going down and picking back up
Really easy, I didn't really have to do much, it was simple. Every time I needed an answer an associate was quick to get back to me and I was taken care of. Really they did a great job.
I would really suggest Americor, they're friendly, they seem like they're willing to help you and find the best solution possible for you.
I would recommend Americor to a friend. I think it would be better if Americor called and they were the ones to communicate with the creditors. That is the only thing I think should be changed.
For me the person who help me was kind took there time to explain the process help me when I didn't understand how to download something and the people that work here are understanding and do their very best to help you. Thank you
