They explained everything so I could understand it. My experience with them has been very good, I had to cancel my account and they were super nice about it. They are doing good work, I have already recommended them to someone.

As a company, the employees did a great job of taking care of me and my debt. Having said that, I would never have engaged them knowing what I know now. First, I was not expecting that I would be visited by the sheriff so many times, nor that I would have to go to court. Additionally, while Americor reached out to me when a settlement was reached, sometimes the communications were not clear or obvious. When reaching back for clarification, it often took time and energy on my part.
They are easy to work with. Everything is explained to you before getting started. They keep in touch with you almost weekly. Being in touch explaining what normally is going to happen. Plenty of positive things.
