They have done a very good job and I would recommend Americor.
The guy that I was talking to walked me through every step of everything. Explained everything to me, got my portal set up, it was just customer service through and through.
I would rather recommend going to Americor than any other company. He went through each and every step in detail and actually followed up with me on a timely basis and even waited for me when I was busy and didn't bothering me while I was working. He tried to find some time when I was free. Quite good customer service.
My experience has been great. At one point it wasn't so good, but now it's caught up and they are awesome and help me. I would advise people to go to Americor.
Good service friendly people to talk to and easy to understand your options
Americor is definitely valuable. I think it it does what it's intended to do. You just have have to be informed as a client. I feel like everybody on their team was in the same page and it was good to learn. I just felt like there was some misinformation. So it could have been a little better as having the agents handling the accounts more accountable to have to have in the information needed. They are helping us achieve what we needed to achieve. My representative was very good. So far it's been good. I haven't had it that long yet.
