They were pretty good and very helpful in the beginning. They helped me no problem with everything and they answer just about every single question that I asked. The representative was very professional. Very helpful way in all aspects and he informed me on everything that would take place.
This company is perhaps the best find! They renegotiated much of my debt and saved my wife and I thousands of dollars and years of payments

The guy that I was talking to walked me through every step of everything. Explained everything to me, got my portal set up, it was just customer service through and through.
I would rather recommend going to Americor than any other company. He went through each and every step in detail and actually followed up with me on a timely basis and even waited for me when I was busy and didn't bothering me while I was working. He tried to find some time when I was free. Quite good customer service.
My experience has been great. At one point it wasn't so good, but now it's caught up and they are awesome and help me. I would advise people to go to Americor.
