The service was pretty good, I mean they are not the best. But they have given me all the information I need and they explain things when I am having trouble understanding.

It's been great. They are easy to get a hold of and to make adjustment you have to need to with your payments . They handled everything very well. If I didn't get somebody at the moment they always called me back, I never had a problem with speaking with someone or getting correspondence back. They are transparent about what they do.

The person that I spoke with was really helpful and really resourceful. He was really helpful and explain me what I would expect from using their service and everything. Maybe they could explain better that when they stop paying their debtor there is an impact on their credit score and they don't need to be scared like I was.
I had talked to one other company and they did not explain things quite as clearly as americor did and so I wound up making a decision that I would regret later.
They were so helpful without any hassle. Very nice people and very knowledgeable and helpful.
