Americor is a great program! They were able to settle a few of my debts. The only thing I’m not a fan of is their customer service. Every time you call, you get a new person/rep and that can be frustrating after a while.
They're always very friendly and answer my questions.
The person that handled my account was very familiar with your company's capabilities and used them greatly. I have already recommended Americor to a friend. They were very professional and friendly. I would tell people to switch to Americor, they really care about your personal situation.
They have been very kind to me. And whenever I send any emails to Cody, he has quick to respond to me.
Well, I really can't say at this time. I just started the program. The biggest part is trying to adjust and waiting for things to start happening.
If it's something that you don't understand, they actually sit there and break it down for you so you can understand it.
Staff knowledgeable and reassuring. Haven't seen results with creditors yet still early in process.
I've been with them for a month and they're very helpful, they're very knowledgeable they answer all my questions, and they were very up front with what they do. The customer service rep was very nice, she answered every question I had. I was very happy with the attention I got and the people that I've talked with so far.
Anytime that I had a question it was answered very quickly, within the same day, maybe sometimes within the same hour. Never had any problems or disappointments getting in contact when I need help.
