I got with Robin and she walked me through everything, answered any question I had. Very knowledgeable.
People are very professional and seems very organized. They have a very supportive network, I can reach out to anybody and they are more than happy to help me. That makes me feel comfortable.
They were helpful, easy and efficient. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable.
I don't understand it exactly why they can't pay some of the things out earlier. I'm getting flak from a lot of these people and I just don't understand it.

I had a great sutomer service assistant, but with some hiccups I kept getting transferred around for 30 minutes while I was on my lunch break and got nothing resolved.

The live agent is knowledgeable, service is quick, answers and take the time to find what they don't know.
It's been good, it's been pretty easy to enroll and the people that I talked with have been very helpful. Any question that I have, they have been able to answer or if they have not been able to answer they at least get back to me within a couple days so they've been very persistent about making sure that I don't have any open ended question.
