My experience so far has been surprisingly very refreshing. Everybody that I've talked to is very knowledgeable, very polite, very professional. I had a great experience with the customer service. My experience has been great, they have helped me out a lot. Americor is a wonderful place to go. Very helpful. They do a great job. I wouldn't change anything.
Americor was very good, they settled my problems for me. I was sued a couple times and they took care of that for me and they took care of all of the pay off that they needed to do. It took about eight months but it was worth it. They're doing everything they can the best they can.
I felt genuine care in discussing my situation. At no time was I made to feel embarassed or ashamed. I truly appreciate the assistance that was provided.
It's confusing, they keep telling me to be patient, I get one settlement after about 7 months. But the email I got didn't tell me anything about what the settlement was. The worker called and told me about it, but nothing was certain. The Americor workers tell you what need. Just trust the process. I'm a member of the group on Facebook, just remember, it's a long process.
They were able to explain everything in a way that I was able to understand and they made me feel comfortable doing business with them. They've been very helpful, they are also on top of making sure I give them proper information so they can best help me when it comes to renewing my debt.
