Great to work with great company and the people are very nice.
They polite and seem very knowledgeable. How ever they need to explain in way more detail what this process is going do. Im a college educated woman and they had me going in circles for 2 days. That is not good customer service. Instead of giving us the information verbally they refer us to the agreement/contract. That is silly not everyone is going to understand that and/or be able to read it. Bottom line they need to give more specific information to us verbally before they start trying to set up a bank account.
Very knowledgeable and helpful, as a widow working toward being debt free is a true blessing
