They made me feel like a human being, even though I'm going through some trouble. My rep was very friendly, very helpful, answered all my questions, explained everything to me and made sure I understood everything. Very professional.
All the information was provided to me and all my questions were answered by the representative. So far everything has been excellent.
That the people are friendly and helpful and if I kneed anything they are there to help anywhere they can I got I good loan to help pay off my debt and now I'm paying them back and if you had a question and need to talk to a person it was a person not a computer I liked that
I was told if I have any questions I can call and they'll be willing to help me and if I need any more bills added to my to my account I can. They worked with me on my payment and payday. They made me feel that I can get my debt taken care of. Everybody is so nice and pleasant, they make you feel like you're somebody and I really appreciate it.
I had a great experience getting everything set up. Jay, the gentleman that I spoke with, was amazing. He answered all of my questions and made me feel comfortable with the decision that I made. The only reason I did not give a five star is that I have just began the process.
