Excellent service, good communication, seeing some debts already being worked with.
They were very professional and very efficient and I felt like I was pretty comfortable knowing that they were going to help me with financial stress. I feel much better already knowing that I don't have to deal with several creditors and that they were going to help me do that.
They've been pretty helpful. We had 9 cards that we all consolidated into their system so that we could reduce our debt and like I said, so far it's going pretty good. Sometimes they're kind of hard to get a hold of, but you just have to be a little bit patient.
I haven't seen the funds released to me yet. When I first signed up for americor this guy was helping me and I had a question for him and he still hasn't responded a week and a half later. But the other times I called customer service I got a response within minutes. I recommend so far, I wouldn't recommend the customer service but I feel like what I'm paying every month is reasonable.
