Very willing to help and don't make you feel like you are an idiot. They actually talk to you and make you feel like they understand what your going through and made the experience comfortable
The workers answered all my questions and explained everything thoroughly. It's been great so far.
They're so complete and thorough. I really don't know if they could do any better. Use Americor. I feel more relief than I have in months. They made it sure I understood everything, they double checked, they didn't just talk to me and forget it, they just made sure double check and make sure I knew exactly what was going on. Made me very comfortable and confident.

Americor is a great program! They were able to settle a few of my debts. The only thing I’m not a fan of is their customer service. Every time you call, you get a new person/rep and that can be frustrating after a while.
