Americor was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They helped us understand what to expect and exactly how the process was going to work. They also let us know it was going to be painful for a bit. All was true including the end process with the amazing light at the end of the tunnel. We are now in the final stages of completing the process and are extremely happy with how it all turned out. It's been fantastic. This whole process is so easy.
They are really good at giving me the information. I am cautiously optimistic. I spoke to a representative for an hour and a half and she did an amazing job. She was very patient with me and pretty much allowed me to learn how they do things.
From the very beginning when I talked with them, they explained to me much of my questions that I had they answered. Everything was explained and I signed up from there.
Americor has been good. Pressure-free, informative, and whatever else you need to hear. Everyone's been easy going and available to give answers if I had questions. They guided me in the right direction and took care of things and they follow through. It's been easy to work with them.
The lady I dealt with was there from start to finish for the loan process. I would recommend Americor. Experience has been very good. They satisfied all my needs.

Every time you call, there is a person who answers pretty quickly. Good communication. The lady spoke in Spanish, which was better for me. Everything was fine.
