They know how to take care of customers and knowing how to explain the whole process
Their staff was great in getting enrolled I was to the point I had no where to go with my money problems. They explain how their system worked and got me enrolled. I am still new to the company but with their help I am ready to start paying my first creditor and I have paid some smaller bills off on my own.

They made it sure I understood everything, they double checked, they didn't just talk to me and forget it, they just made sure double check and make sure I knew exactly what was going on. Made me very comfortable and confident.

Americor is a great program! They were able to settle a few of my debts. The only thing I’m not a fan of is their customer service. Every time you call, you get a new person/rep and that can be frustrating after a while.
