Anytime that I had a question it was answered very quickly, within the same day, maybe sometimes within the same hour. Never had any problems or disappointments getting in contact when I need help.

So far everybody is pleasant and I haven't had any issues with communication. Everything is going very well.
Every time I did have to call them about something they were very professional with everything as well as available to answer questions. Continuous communication would have been nice. I didn't know that they weren't talking to Wells Fargo until I was getting sued. I was told personally not to communicate with anybody, so it came as kind of a shocker when I was served papers. I just wish I had more information. They did provide the service in a timely manner. It was generally a good experience for me.
I like that they gave me an affordable monthly payment. Their costumer service is great!.
