They are quick and answered all my questions and I figure this is the right fit. Been pretty easy gotten out of three of the credit reports to just one and a lower rate on one.
I was in a bad spot and felt trapped in my finances. An Americor team member stayed on the phone with me throughout the whole process and helped me feel more stable about my financial future.
They do good work, but it's slow work. They're very responsive, everything is user friendly. The few times I have had to call they were able to resolve any issues that I had immediately. I set up a payment arrangement with them three years ago and they just direct deposit, so I don't have a lot of interaction. The online portal is excellent.
