They've never not answered the questions for me. Super nice. The first guy I was assigned to never called me back for my scheduled appointment so I called in and got another gentleman, his name is Jessie, and he was completely sweet and helped me every step of the way, answered all my questions even though I asked numerous times. Jessie has been good. They're always in contact with me.
The company was easy to work with and we will see about the creditors being paid off
Great company to work with. Was not sure about a company like this but every single step of the way they explained how everything would work and what to expect.
Christie, Eric and Mark all worked with me. They have been sending me emails telling me if I need to talk about anything or if I have any questions to feel free and call them and they will help me to get through. I would recommend them. They're very pleasant, they have patience.
Good communication, has been on point. Negotiation process is good. They have a lot of advice, they are responsive and user friendly. Pretty easy to use.
I would definitely recommend them and look into them because so far so good and I feel comfortable and confident that they'll help me fix my credit score and get out of debt.
