Despite being incredibly busy, Julie, Marie and JoJo were on top of my case and proactive in chasing the other side. Any questions I had were answered very quickly. Production of a new will Easy review, pleasant efficient staff. The only difficulty I have experienced is with this questionnaire. To a simple soul like me a series of tick boxes should be all I need to fill in.
