Very disappointing... Sadly not a good experience for land conveying - lack of communication throughout, (constant chasing required to find out what was happening for a simple land sale that took six months to go through due to continual errors), including wrong documents relating to different client being sent, and finally, no funds sent on completion of transaction (they forgot!).
