Getting better. Kind of like the Gestapo compared to the other management company though they did need Crackdown on people doing things they shouldn't. Landscaping needs a lot of work ... They need to greatly improve the grass including grass I helped plant and grow myself ....looks kind of bad.... rain makes the soil by our place turn into mud and nothing seems to be done about it... landscape people need to put perlite and or other soil amendments in there. Our current property manager for Windance homeowners association erroneously marked my account with an open violation . Contacting her was to no avail. Somehow l ended up with ********************* and she took control and fixed the problem.She did amazing damage control for this company.I love and appreciate people like her.??
