As a realtor representing buyers in our area having access to the HOA management team prior to a purchase is essential as I help my buyers do their due diligence. This is often very challenging. As a new homeowner at ******** *******, and having bad experiences with HOAs in the past, I was skeptical about asking AMS for help. Well, I shouldn't have been, because my experience with Jessica exceeded my expectations wildly. I had an issue with a few wasps and their nests, and thought I'd see how the maintenance/service request system worked through the portal. Jessica responded via email almost immediately, and within 2 hours there was a pest control technician at my door! I was blown away. Thank you, to AMS, and particularly Jessica, for being prompt and your attention to detail. I am a fan!
