I love this clinic. when I first got my dog from a rescue she had lost half her hair. 3 different vets told me it's just allergies. anamosa was the only vet to do a skin scraping and found out she had mange and got her cured. my husband's dog also go into my dogs pain medicine after I first moved in with him. she was literally on her death bed. kidneys and liver were shutting down. somehow they pulled her out of it. saved her life and she was home after only 5 days! they are really good vets. my most recent visit, i needed my dog chipped. Hes a service dog and i couldn't even begin to be able to replace him. 2 other vet locations refused unless i would neuter him. Which by the recommendation of the trainer, i should not do at this time. They had me come in the next day. It took less than 2 minutes. I heard them talking more about my pup than it took to do the chipping, nor did i hear a single complaint from Lu. And hes a talkative boy. If they was closer, i would come back to them ... read more
Everyone was great with my dog and he's picky who he likes.
They're friendly and if u have an emergency they will get you in asap. Will recommend them and they will be Bowies vet from now on
The drive up vaccination option is wonderful. You just stay in your car until it is your pets turn and you jump out of your vehicle and you are finished in a few minutes. I ❤️ the Anamosa Vet Clinic, they have great service!!

The staff is friendly and caring. The doctors take the time to answer questions and they explain what your pet needs done during the visit. We travel a ways to go there because we trust them with our dog.
