The process was smooth and seamless. The loan officer and the processor worked hand in hand which made applying for the loan easy. When we had questions, Anastasia was quick to respond and answer all of our concerns. This was our first home loan and we did not stress one bit. Thank you!

My experience with Anastasia was great. Great communication, everything was explained well to me, everything went quick and smooth. However, I am disappointed that my loan was immediately sold off to another lender and is now being serviced by a financial institution with a 1 star rating on multiple sites (and I am already having problems with them).
