Everything with the house was great and the process was easy but the yard and grading issues we had in the yard took over two months for them to come look at it and when they fixed it it did not get fixed

Improve communication skills for more personalized interactions and learn to build a rapport with your customers. We were treated like another number to your paperwork. This was our first home purchase and the experience was less than exciting and almost boring. We have received more excitement from car purchases. Ruined a milestone for us!
