Andre was Amazing! I knew nothing about the home buying process. He was super patient answering all my many questions, sometimes the same question numerous times 😊. I felt he was honest & sincere in helping me through the process & explaining my options. There were no surprises, no hidden figures & he was on point with the numbers! I'm the first time home owner. I knew nothing about buying a property and getting financing. Andrey helped me every step of the way. He explained things in a way that I can easily understand. He is professional, knowledgeable, passionate and efficient. For my Co-OP, from signing the contract to closing the deal, Andrey helped me complete it in less than two month. I'm not a person good with fancy words but one thing I can attest to: Andrey gets you to the end of the buying process right up to a successful closing....in fact besides being very professional, me and my wife sensed and felt his caring attitude towards us as family/home buyers and really coached us all along the way, making what is a very complex process , seemed easy to us.

Andrey and his team is absolutely amazing! It looked impossible from the beginning but only because of Andrey and countour mortgage my dream came true!!! The service was excellent from the first phone call to completion. Truly personal treatment with upmost professionalism; an approach that is rarely experienced by today's banks, building societies and others.. Would definitely recommend and use again.

I just want to thank Andrey and his entire team . They all work diligently to make this extremely smooth . I am a fairly new homeowner and found myself over my head in debts. Andrey and his team was able to pull me out of debt and give me a fresh start also giving me some very sound financial advice. Working with Andrey was one of the best I have ever experienced in terms of professionalism, courtesy and customer service. I have heard horror stories about first time home buying and closing however I was fortunate enough to have a delightful seamless experience.
