Not enough people wearing masks Service seemed ok. At drop-off no one was wearing a mask. I’m high risk and can’t afford to contract COVID. Had to use pens that did not appear to be sanitized.

Liked the experience but the car had a previous owner that was a smoker so we're getting that addressed. Pricing was adjusted for upcoming maintenance (brakes and tires) so hoping for no other surprises.

I had a good experience through the sales process, but I had to wait over an hour to see the Finance guy which I didn’t appreciate because I had gotten my own financing with my credit union. I also was very appreciative that David found my wallet which I had left in my trade in!!
