thorough and efficient the people were extremely pleasant, efficient, and helpful. My rental was waiting when I dropped of my car, and they handled it's return. The facility was clean, I was offered a beverage, and everyone was pleasant. It wa a great experience!

my experience with Andy Mohr Service Department. the service reps were very courteous, professional and informative. I was told what my problem was and what was done to correct it. I was given other information and suggestions which helped me decide on further action. I was very pleased with the service and the attention given my problem.

Easy, fast, friendly, helpful I was in for a repair but walked out with a new car! Friendly and alert salesmen recognized an interested and potential buyer. Being a woman and senior I felt I was treated with respect and was given enough information to make a decision.
