Mr. Stephens was quick to respond, answered all our questions. Was not pushy or abrasive. Only thing I would change is the Title Company following through with payments being made. Asked to have our payments to our creditors directly & they sent the checks to us. The amounts weren’t correct, 1 was $500 short & the other was $1000 too much. Then we were responsible for mailing them to our creditors and paying for certified mail.
