After 22 years of being a loyal family with animal and avian it Seems their priorities ($$$) have changed over the last few years. Very poor communication.
Made the decision to leave today after 10+ years - not sure what happened but they are going down hill and fast. They did a hack job on my dogs foot surgery and we’re still trying to heal it almost 3 weeks later with no improvement. Very unprofessional and did not feel safe having my pups in their care anymore 😞
