My mother and step-father, Michelle and Scott Sobat, have gone here for veterinary care for around 20 years. Have paid tens of thousands of dollars to this medical center for different animals. Due to behavioral reasons, my mom and step-father had to put one of their dogs down today. My step-dad forgot his wallet and they have paid in full every single time they’ve been there. I took my 5 year old dog in to see Dr Wilson because he was limping when walking and was in pain so she took X rays of both knees charged me over 400$ and told me he has chronic arthritis told me he would have to be on long term pain meds but he only got worse from there so after bout 2 week he got no better then I took him to another vet and gave him same X-rays as Dr Wilson looked at and this vet said he clearly saw tears in both knee and also tears was so bad he was able to get knee to pop while my dog was awake confirmin... read more

I have brought my dogs here for over 20 years. It was the little house in the country with caring vets, and friendly staff. Sadly that has changed. Now it is all rush you in then have you stand in lines to pay. My dog was sedated and started vomiting .i took her to my car, and went back to pay . All but one of the receptionists had left. The one left had a line. I politely asked her to bill me. My dog was in danger of aspirating. The bill arrived the next day. I promptly put a check in the mail. I have gone here once with our dog. The newer vet -Dr. Corrigan and assistant were extremely nice! It was just a check up. However, our dogs nails were getting long and they did not clip them. Today the one was curling into her paw so we called to see if we could get her in. The lady who answered the phone was extremely rude! Luckily, we were transferred to someone a bit nicer. I took our dog to Animal and Avian based on all the good ratings, but we've had a horrible experience. The level of professionalism and customer service they offer is appalling. We've been waiting a week for test results and after multiple phone calls and no call back, they have now resorted to ignoring my calls all together. I had my husband call and now they are giving him the run around too. There are plenty other quality vets in the area, I'd suggest looking elsewhere. I know I won't be back...

Very Dissappointed.... We were on vacation and our son was with our dog they would NOT treat the dog who was having seizures without getting a credit card number how sad treat the animal FIRST then worry about the money needless to say we found another vet that puts the animal FIRST.
