We are so grateful for the support and care ACC of PCB gave to our family when we brought in our 6 month old Great Dane. Calypso had a life threatening infection and the staff at Animal Care Center literally worked through the nights to monitor and heal her. A special thanks to Dr. LeBleu :). From the front office staff to the techs, to everyone else on board we cannot say enough thanks- everyone was patient, understanding and cheerful to our whole family each time we came to visit our sick puppy!
As far as a facility they are the most modern in our area. The Doctors and Techs are top notch second to none. All that said they are very personable and caring. They have helped both of my dogs on several occasions with positive results. My dogs are my children and I trust them whole heartedly!!!

We are new to the area and needed to have our 10 1/2 year old Great Dane seen. We got an appointment the same day we called. Dr. O'brien was absolutely wonderful, kind and thorough with our dog. I don't remember the vet tech's name but she also took very good care of our baby who like most animals are very nervous in a veterinarian office. Thank you so much and our girl and any other pets in the future will be treated here. Thank You!

We used Animal Care Center as an emergency vet. The entire staff is wonderful. Unfortunately we could not save our fur baby Dakota. It was a hard decision to make but the Dr & staff were so compassionate & comforting it helped in the decision making process. We thank you all so much for your kindness & caring. We are wintering here in the Panama City Beach area and are a long way from home. Our miniature labradoodle Koko could not put weight on he back leg at all. I was afraid her hip was dislocated. I called the practice at 8am and they got us in right a way. We were seen by Dr. McLelland who specializes in soft tissue and orthopedic issues. I was so confident in the care we received. We were seeing another Vet for Arrow for a few years. Over a holiday weekend; we had an emergency one evening and they were willing to see Arrow. He had another incident with a scratched cornea over a weekend. They were willing to see him. Fixed him right up. Dr. Smitherman was the Vet and we decided right then and there that we would continue to see Dr. Smitherman. He has been a Godsend for Arrow's itching.
