Animal Care Center isn't our primary vet, but we were in need of emergency services for our dog and they were the only ones open 24/7 for emergency care. We took Jax in on a Sunday for care and they were amazing from the get go. We had to leave him there for a little bit while they addressed his issues and when we got home my cat, Jake, of 14+ years had a major issue come up as well. Luck was not on my side on this day. I got a 5 week old kitten and after having her for a couple of hours I realized she had fleas and I received the best service ever by James, he really helped me and my little Freya out. I think I've found a vet for all of my fur babies! Thanks again James, see you guys soon. �
We had to say goodbye to our 17 year old maltese, Riggs. Everyone from the sweet Girl's at the front desk to the ladies in the back room, Becky & I missed the other's name were so very kind. We have had animals for years & used lots of vets. Dr Heather Powell is by far the most generous ,kind, caring compassionate Veterinarian ever. She made our journey a very sweet & peaceful one. THANK YOU Dr Powell!!!!
Had to bring my dog during emergency hours. She isn't a patient there. The staff was great. They were very friendly and efficient. They had to sedate Liberty to give her pain meds and take x-rays. We were seen and sent home with meds in just under one hour. I would recommend taking your animals here.
Well "New" Residents of PCB ... We Had an Emergency with Our Shepard whos Was in Extreme Pain ... "Care Center" was just "AWESOME " They Had in us back in the Examining Room within 15 Minutes ... Morgan the Vet Assistant Gets a "Gold Star" For Caring & Concern . I Cannot Remember our Vets Name , But spending a Good 45 Minutes with our "Billie Jean " and Diagnosising the Problem ... Animal Care Center is awesome! Dr. McSwain saw Oliver on an emergency visit and Dr Sleeth did his surgery, they are fantastic. I can't thank Matt (Surgical Tech) enough for putting me at ease that morning I had to leave him and explaining the process. Front desk ladies, Techs and all of the doctors are great! Thank you so much for taking great care of our sweet Oliver. There are not enough words to express our appreciation to all of you!
The staff at Animal Care Center have been fantastic with a rescue dog we found last July named Rocky! Dr LaBlue was his veterinarian and I can only say positive things! He, along with the rest of the staff treated Rocky as if he were their own pet. He stayed in the hospital twice for heart worm treatments and was recently given a clean bill of health after coming close to knocking on deaths door.
