I scheduled a neuter for my puppy and declined additional services SEVEN times. I was called while the vet was performing the surgery and bullied into additional services, feeling like I didn’t have a choice. When I went to settle the bill, there were four additional charges not disclosed in advance. The methods used were underhanded and sneaky, making me feel very uncomfortable even leaving my puppy there overnight. At no point did the vet reach out after sharing my concerns. DOES NOT RECOMMEND!! The worse clinic I have ever experienced. They show absolutely no empathy with your animal. My second time with them because my dad's dog (Diego) isn't doing so well. Diego's first visit was when I had just got him in 2006, he was hit by a car. They wanted a full payment to save him of $1000. Fast forward, I had a baby of my own and my dad took Diego and has raised him up until May 2020 and my dad unexpectedly passed away. I have had Diego since. Animal clinic east allowed my dehydrated pet to sit in a box for hours without treatment. I called two hours after and they hadn’t done anything. Then i called two hours after that and they hadn’t done it. Then they called an hour later to say he was dead. I plan on posting this story to every walla walla page i can find.
