I scheduled a neuter for my puppy and declined additional services SEVEN times. I was called while the vet was performing the surgery and bullied into additional services, feeling like I didn’t have a choice. When I went to settle the bill, there were four additional charges not disclosed in advance. RecommendedDOES NOT RECOMMEND!! The worse clinic I have ever experienced. They show absolutely no empathy with your animal. My second time with them because my dad's dog (Diego) isn't doing so well. Diego's first visit was when I had just got him in 2006, he was hit by a car. They wanted a full payment to save him of $1000. Fast forward, I had a baby of my own and my dad took Diego and has raised him up until May 2020 and my dad unexpectedly passed away. I have had Diego since.
